RETURNS & REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes a piece may not quite match the vision you had in mind—and that’s perfectly okay. Instead of settling for something you don’t love, we make returning your items a smooth and stress-free experience.

Whether you’ve changed your mind, need a different size, or simply aren’t dazzled as you expected, our step-by-step return process is here to help. Follow the guidelines below and we’ll ensure you have a quick, hassle-free path back to discovering the ByNouck jewelry that truly suits you.

1. Register Your Return

Enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order via the return link.

Click here to start your return process to ByNouck. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return. You can pay the shipping costs directly in the returns portal and you will receive a return label afterwards.

Note! If your country is not listed among the options in our returns portal, please contact our Customer Support team. They will quickly help you with your return shipment.

2. Package Your Return

Pack the items you want to return. You can send your return in the original box or in a sturdy envelope. Make sure the old barcodes are no longer visible.

ByNouck will only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition including packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

Also, always include the return form with your return shipment. If you do not have a printer, a handwritten note with the information below is also acceptable.

- Order number and/or email address

Would you like a refund or a voucher + extra shopping credit? Without this information we cannot process your return!

3. Drop Off Your Return

Bring the package to a drop-off point/post office/letterbox. Both the cost and risk of shipping are at your own expense when returning.

We recommend that you send your return with tracking or other proof of shipment, in case your package is lost in transit. Unidentifiable returns will be returned to the sender whenever possible and will not be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

After we receive your return, we strive to process it within 14 days. Once your return is unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us and the purchase amount will be refunded.

Please keep in mind that this may take some transaction days. If you have opted for a voucher + extra shopping credit, you will receive the code immediately after receiving/processing your return via email.

Only when returning the entire order, we also refund the original shipping costs and you only pay the return shipping costs.
